KREMER, Albert P., age 94 of Fairfield died, Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Hospice of Cincinnati, in Blue Ash, Ohio. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on November 20, 1918, the son of Michael B. and Margaret (Ditmyer) Kremer. Mr. Kremer served in the US Army during WWII and was a Pearl Harbor Survivor. On January 29, 1947, in St. Mary Church, Hamilton, he married Mary A. LoBuono, and she preceded him in death on December 10, 2004. Albert was a lifelong farmer, a letter carrier for the US Postal Service, and drove a school bus for the Fairfield City School system, retiring in 1983. He was a charter member of Sacred Heart Church and a member of the St. Vincent dePaul Society of the church.
Survivors include six children, Mike (Pam), Rick (Verna), Jim (Janice), Joe (Kathy) Kremer, Dorothy (Bob) Stucker, and Betty (Myles) Berling; eighteen grandchildren, Lisa, Kathy, Len, Barb, Tony, Jenny, Tim, Julie, Michael, Emily, Adam, Marybeth, John, Patrick, Paul, Anna, Paige, and Raymond; eleven great-grandchildren, Joshua, Abbie, Tony, Jason, Jacob, Alex, Ashley, Gabriella, Donovan, Sophia, and Isabel; a sister, Joan (Mickey) Smith; many nieces and nephews.
Besides his wife, Mary, he was also preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Ann Lintner and Sr. Dorothy Marie Kremer SC; a brother, Lawrence Kremer.
Prayers will be offered at 9:30 am Monday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am Monday in Sacred Heart Church, Fairfield, with Fr. Larry Tharp celebrant. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-5:00pm Sunday in the funeral home.
