Wilda Maxine Anthony was born in Guy, Arkansas on October 1, 1926. She died on December 2, 2012 in Springfield, MO. She had been a resident of Springfield since 1952.

She was a long time member of the Broadway and Madison Church of Christ and a charter member of the Sunset Church of Christ.

She was married to Lowell DeBusk on August 3, 1946 and they celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary this year.

She is survived by her husband, Lowell, two daughters: Linda DeBusk and Deborah (Bill) Blalock. She is also survived by two granddaughters: Jessica (John) Anderson and Julia Beth Pearson. The pride and joy of her life were 2 great grandchildren: Colton Thomas and Owen Pete Anderson and her Scottie dog, Clara.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 4, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home South. Funeral Services will be held at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at the Sunset Church of Christ.

Burial will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family has ask donations be made to: Fair Haven Childrens Home, 3132 N. Fairhaven Loop, Strafford, MO. 65757. Arrangements have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home South.
