Charles was a lifelong resident of the East Stroudsburg area except for the past 10 years when he was residing in the Forrest City area. He worked at Kulp's Foundry of East Stroudsburg for many years. He was of the Protestant faith.
He is survived by three daughters: Mary Dennard of Henryville, and Hilda Ayres and Sarah Dennard, both of East Stroudsburg; two sons: Charles Bogart of Bangor and George Bogart of Saylorsburg; and seven stepchildren: Wendy Parry of Greenfield, Leena Breau and Heidi Durand, both of Forrest City, Irene Breau and Arthur Breau, both of Maine, Melissa Counterman of East Stroudsburg and John Breau of Carbondale; 25 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by his brother, Harold Bogart of Mount Pocono.
