Ollie M. Perry Rites Monday
Ollie M. Perry, 65, of 205 East First avenue, was dead on arrival at Memorial hospital Saturday afternoon following a heart attack.
Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Corley Chapel with burial in the Bazette cemetery.
The rites were conducted by Rev. Earl Batey, pastor of the Central Baptist church.
He was born Oct 21, 1898 to Hugh Perry and Betty (Murry) Perry.
Surviving are his wife Lucy Aline Faye (Blakeney) Perry of Corsicana; a son, Ollie Lee Perry; two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Wheeler and Miss Brenda Sue Perry, and two grandchildren, all of Corsicana; a brother, Jessie Perry, Dallas, and other relatives.
Pallbearers were nephews.
