She moved to Salinas in 1998 to be near her family. After graduating from Gonzales High School she was employed by Turner's Pharmacy. She was devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren and friends. Angelina also enjoyed helping at St. Theodore's Catholic Church with friends.
She was greatly loved and will be terribly missed by her family and friends.
Angelina was a member of Sacred Heart Church, St. Theodore's Church and the Swiss American Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Angelo and Romilda Corda; sister, Elsie Canevascini; brothers, Angelo Corda, Charles Barbettini, Leo Barbettini; and nephew, Charles Corda
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Elvezio "Saw" Breschini of Salinas, children, Les (Rochelle) Breschini of Salinas, Linda (Ray) Stockwell of Clovis, Alice (Mike) Hitchcock of Salinas; six grandchildren, Shane Breschini, Ann Marie (Zach) Punnett, Tara and Brianne Stockwell, Jason and Kate Hitchcock; four great-grandchildren, Tyler Stockwell, Dailyn Breschini, Olivia Rose Punnett, Hailey Ray Flynn; brother, Henry Corda; and numerous nephews and nieces.
A special thank you to her caregivers, Rosa, Kikue and Dr. Yoneda, who helped Angie through to the end in a most compassionate way.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m, to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at Struve and Laporte Chapel, 41 W. San Luis St., Salinas, CA 93901.
Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at Struve and Laporte Chapel.
Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at St. Theodore's Catholic Church, 116 Belden St., Gonzales, CA 93926.
Burial to follow at Gonzales District Cemetery, Gonzales, CA 93926.
