Services for Zola Bernice Wilkins Bowley age 88 of Grapeland will be at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church in Grapeland with Rev. Chuck Bratz officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Percilla. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster

Mrs. Bowley died Friday at her residence. She was born May 6, 1925 in Grapeland to Johnny and Ina Rogers Wilkins. She graduated from Grapeland High School. She moved to Houston, TX. and began her career and family in Galena Park, TX. Mrs. Bowley retired from the purchasing department for Coca Cola after 40 years of service. She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Grapeland. She started the "Share" program at the Grapeland United Methodist Church and enjoyed the love circle and her Sunday school class. She was on the board for the Senior Citizens of Grapeland and also for Share of Crockett. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Mrs. Bowley was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Glenn Bowley, daughter Glenda Sue Gore, sister Jean Lively and brother Jimmy Wilkins. She is survived by a daughter Janice Chambers and husband Jimmy of Grapeland, sister Mildred Dickey and husband Lloyd, four grandchildren, Jason Gore and wife Stephanie, Tasha Syzdek and husband Albert, Shelley Holcombe and husband Jason and Jennifer Gore, five great grandchildren, Conner, Collin, Caylee, Garrett, and Katie Jo.

Pallbearers will be Roger Dickey, Albert Syzdek, Jason Holcombe, David Wilkins, Bill Bowley and David Bowley. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Chambers, Jessie Jenckes, Cruz Harrison, and Jason Gore. Condolence calls will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday at Bailey & Foster Funeral Chapel in Grapeland.
