A resident of Baton Rouge, she passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at the age of 80.

She was the beloved mother of John K. and wife Madeline F., Willis P. and wife Melanie, Ronald J. and James A. Dauzat.

She is also survived by a stepdaughter, Patti Breaux; brothers, Norman and wife Jean Palmer and Tommy and wife Jimmie Palmer; grandchildren, Valerie and John T. Dauzat, Beth Olivares, Adam and Nicole Watts, Megan Breaux and Nicole and Ryan Pastor; and great-grandchildren, Sarah and Evan Dauzat.

Preceded in death by her first husband, Buford J. Dauzat; parents, Travis and Gladys Palmer; brothers, Cecil and Ed Palmer; second husband, Milton J. "Mike" Pastor; and stepson, Mike Pastor.

A private family memorial will be held. We thank God she has no more pain.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, her favorite charity.
