Rites will be conducted by B.P.O.E. lodge 168 at 2 tomorrow afternoon in the Bradley-Woolman St. Cecelia Chapel. Interment will be in Elks plot, Greenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Adsit, native of Senate, N.Y. had resided here 25 years. He came here from Denver where he had been a prominent business man. He was a graduate of the Rochester, N.Y. Teosophical seminary and was a member of the B.P.O.E. and Sons of the American Revolution.
He is survived by a nephew, St. Louis.
