BUSH-KARNS, Elva Faye (nee: Crockett), 69, of South Lebanon, died Thursday November 29, 2012. Born February 18, 1943 in Menifee County, KY to Joe and Goldie (nee: Steele) Crockett, she was a dedicated wife and mother. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Paul Bush, brothers, Daryl and Billy Crockett and sisters, Thelma Calhoun, Delphia Morgerson, Edith Wilder and Allie Francis. Survivors include one son, Steve (Donna) Bush of Indian Mound, TN, one daughter, Sherri (Tim) Garrett of Cincinnati, three grandchildren, Michelle Bush, Lisa Davis, and Kristen Garrett, four great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Elijah, and Sean Manning, and Andrew Garrett and two sisters in law, Lit and Mary Crockett. Visitation, Monday December 2, 2012 from 6-8 PM with funeral services on Tuesday, December 3, 2012 at 2 PM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment follows in Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon. Memorials requested to the American Lung Association.
