CHARLES TEMPERLY

A Former Madisonian, Died at Indianapolis Last Night

Sheriff Gilbert Dihammer received a long distance telephone message from Indianapolis this morning announcing the death of his brother-in-law, Charles Temperly, which occurred in that city last night after a long illness.

The decedent was a son of the late William Temperly and was born in Madison. He was about 35 years of age and has been living in Indianapolis a number of years. He was a well known and popular young man and the announcement of his demise will cause keen regret among a wide circle of friends in this city.

The deceased is survived by his mother and two brothers, Ralph, of Indianapolis, and Harry, of Los Angeles, California.

The remains will be brought to Madison on the noon train Sunday and the funeral will take place from the depot. The interment will be in Springdale cemetery.
