GALESBURG - Karen Sue Farrell, 52, Galesburg, died at 3:43 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at Galesburg Cottage Hospital.
She was born Aug. 22, 1960, in Galesburg, the daughter of Michael R. and Mary Rose Osborne Farrell. She attended Knoxville Schools.
Surviving is a sister, Fay (Rod) Johnson of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
Private graveside service will be held Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012. Memorials may be sent to the East Galesburg Community Chapel in East Galesburg.
