Henry Y. Lower, age 89, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on Friday, December 3, 2004 at Christiana Hospital.
Henry graduated from Beacom College and later attended classes at the Wharton School of Business.
He served in the US Army during WWII as a 1st Lt. receiving the bronze star.
He retired from Atlantic Richfield Co. in 1977 after 40 years of service.
He was a member of Concord Presbyterian Church.
Henry is survived by Marie Lower, wife of 57 years; a brother, Robert K. Lower, of Dover, DE; and several first and second generation nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, Dec 13 at 11:00 am at Concord Presbyterian Church, 1800 Fairfax Blvd., Wilmington, DE 19803.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Concord Presbyterian Church.
