Cleveland Andrew Clark was the son of James Clark and his wife Lessie Fodrey Clark of Camden County, NC. He married 1. Maxine Trueblood of Pasquotank County, NC. They had three children, one son and two daughters. When he passed away his wife was named Betty. Cleveland enlisted in the US Army and worked his way up the enlisted ranks, then going to Officer Candidate School and attending flight school at Fort Wolters, Texas and retiring as a Major. He spent two tours in Viet-Nam flying helicopters. After retiring , he lived and worked in the Mineral Wells, Texas area until his untimely death in Forth Worth from cancer in 2000.
