"Funeral services for Mrs. Edith Mae Brumback Shepard, 56, died at the John Graves Ford Memorial hospital following an illness of four days, will be held at the Great Crossings Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Charles R. Shepard, two daughters, Mrs. Edmond Smith, Scott Co., and Mrs. Henry Moreland, Anderson, Ind., a son, Alva C. Shepard, Anderson, Ind., two sisters, Minnie Pettegrew, and Mrs. Charles Moreland, both of Anderson, two brothers, Eugene Brumback, and Earl Brumback, both of Anderson, Indiana."
