NORBORNE -- Virginia Lucille "Jenny" Stucker, 69, formerly of East Prairie, died at 5:50 p.m. June 20, 2005, at Liberty Hospital in Liberty.

Born Sept. 8, 1935, in Hickman County, Ky., daughter of the late Finas Ashley and Ester Mae Gordon Simmons, she lived in the Kansas City area for the past several years, moving from East Prairie.

Survivors include: one son, Jeffery Lee Stucker of Kansas City; one brother, Thomas "Bubby" Simons of Ellsinore; one sister, Onieta Brown of East Prairie; and three grandchildren and one great-grandson.

One daughter, Deborah Ann Lane Dodd; one son, Donald Elvis Lane; one brother, Finas Earl Simmons; one sister, Dorothy Simmons Patrick; one half sister, Naomi King; and one half brother, R.B. Harrison, preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. Friday until time for services at 1 p.m. at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie. Martha True will officiate.

Burial will follow in the East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
