She was born Feb. 3, 1925, in Williamsville, a daughter of the late Kenneth Blair and Mary Josephine Splaun Wright.
Mrs. Alt was a graduate of Monterey High School. She was a farmer and homemaker. Her faith was very important to her and played a central role in her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glavis Alt; a sister, Ruth Linda Simmons; and two brothers, Nelson Wright and Marvin Wright.
She is survived by a sister, Nancy McCoy; a niece, Kathy Lambert and husband Mark; a nephew, Marvin Lynn Wright; a great-niece, Paige Lambert; a brother-in-law, William Simmons; cousins; and many special friends too numerous to name.
A graveside service was conducted on Monday, Oct. 8 at Head Waters Cemetery with the Rev. Deb Huffman officiating.
