On March 29, 1930, she married George Ng Kimm, who also came from a pioneer Chinese family in Bakersfield. Together they raised two sons, George, Jr., and Daniel, and one daughter, Eleanor Rose. She was a loving wife and mother, as well as a devoted daughter and sister.
She was an active member of the Bakersfield Chinese Women's Club.
She died on July 28, 1959, while at home in Bakersfield. She was survived by her husband, her children, her brother, and one grandson, Gregory Charles Kimm. In addition, she had a large extended family in the Bay Area.
