Ruby D. Getz, 82, of Franklin, died Judy 6, 1993, at the Pendleton Nursing Home in Franklin.
She was born February 22, 1911, at Rough Run and was the daughter of Strite Sites and Rose Borror Sites.
Surviving are four daughters, Velma Brenneman of Cressona, PA, Dora McIntosh Hudnall of Newport News, Evelyn Rosenbaum of Baltimore, MD, and Maysell Grunawalt of Suffolk; one son, Willard Getz of Arkansas; three sisters, Hattie Ayers of Moorefield, Lulu Sites and May Whetzel, both of Petersburg; one brother Henry Sites of Petersburg; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
The Rev. Luther Travis conducted the funeral at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin. Burial was at Cherry Hill Cemetery at Upper Tract.
