Esther's name is spelled wrong in the OR death index as McGary in stead of McGarey. It says she died in County "46??". There is no County 46 in Oregon. Multnomah County is County 26. One guess would be that she died in Multnomah County and whoever was entering death records added a typo of 46 where it should have been 26 to the death index??
Her and her husband Neal McGarey's names are both on the same gravestone, but, a death year was never added for Esther. This could mean that she may have remarried after Neal died and died under a different last name. She may not have ever been buried in this grave?? Or, she may have been buried here and the death year was just never added? She may be buried under a different last name.
