Minnie Belle Roush was one of the middle children born to George Washington and Amanda Jane Roush. On October 8, 1916 she married Clarence A. Biggs, and they had four children, one who died in infancy. The 1920, '30 and '40 census shows the growing family with their children. After twenty-five years together she was granted a divorce from Clarence on March 15, 1941. They both remarried; Minnie married Clare W. Culver, who died in 1964, but that marriage record is not found. She died on November 5, 1968
