Lukenbill Funeral Rites Are Pending

Herman Lukenbill, 81 passed away in Kalispell early this morning.

Mr. Lukenbill was born May 18, 1882 in Cold Springs, Minn. To William and Ocean Anne Lukenbill. With his parents he came to Granville, N. D. in 1900. In 1911 he was married to Nora Light. In October 1922 they moved to the Flathead Valley where he has resided since.

He was a member of the First church of The Nazarene of Kalispell.

He was preceded in death by his wife Nora, in February 1958. He is survived by one son, Frank, Kalispell; and five daughters; Mrs. Walter Rexford, Mrs. Nels Holmquist, Mrs. Robert Rales and Lula Lukenbill all of Kalispell; and Mrs. John Longest of Phoenix, Ariz. Also four sisters: Mrs. Alfred Jorgensen of San Gabriel, Calif. Mrs. Clint Luck of Portland, Ore., Mrs. Gus Schulze of Tacoma, Wash., and Mrs. Cora Schmidt of Minot, N. D. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, also several nieces and nephews.

Service arrangements will be announced at a later time by the Waggener & Campbell Funeral Home.
