CHARLOTTE LUCILLE KELLER, 88, of Middletown, died Tuesday Nov. 11, 2008, at her home.
Born in Chewsville, June 15, 1920, she was a daughter of the late Floyd and Olive Catherine Shilling Bowman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Leo Keller, who died April, 1981.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Middletown.
She worked as the bookkeeeper with Everett Moser Concrete Co., Middletown for many years until her retirement.
She is survived by four children, Eldon B. Keller of Boonsboro, Jay R. Keller of Middletown, April K. Stang of Frederick, Md., and Mark A. Keller of Sharpsburg; four sisters, Arvella Lutz of Middletown, Rhea Stup and Orpha Wade, both of Boonsboro, and Olive Draper of Fairplay; two brothers, Roger Bowman and Marshall Bowman, both of Boonsboro; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Carolyn Sue Keller; two sisters, Evelyn Griffith and Zella Koogle; and two brothers, George and Glenn Bowman.
The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Donald B. Thompson Funeral Home, Middletown.
Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Vicar Chris Frigm will officiate. Burial will be at Christ Reformed Church cemetery, Middletown.
