MRS. JOHN J. BUDNICK
The funeral of Mrs. John T. Budnick, 81, of R 2 Posen, will be at 11 Tuesday at St. Mary Church, with the Very Rev. Raymond Mulka officiating. Burial in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Harry and Raymond Weisel, Dennis Budnick, Ronald and Edward Chojnacki and Larry Pieczynski.
Mrs. Budnick died at 10:30 p.m. Friday (March 14) at Alpena Hospital, where she had been entered Jan. 12. The former Helen Kaszubowski she was born March 9, 1888 in Posen and married John Budnick at St. Casimir Church in 1905. He died in February, 1953. She was a member of St. Mary Church.
Surviving are six sons, Edward of Hamtramck, David and Henry of Alpena, Herman and Raymond of Lincoln Park and Alex of Metz, five daughters, Mrs. Frank Greka (Josephine) of Hawks, Mrs. Martin Weisel (Verna) of Metz, Mrs. Philip Donajkowski (Gertrude) of Mt. Morris, Mrs. Louis Pieczynski (Anastasia) of Posen and Mrs. Raymond Chojnicki (Alice) of Alpena; 30 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Miss Rose Kaszubowski of Harrisville and Mrs. Katie Mertz of Rogers City. Preceding her in death were a son and two daughters.
The Rosary will be at 8 tonight at the Hunter Funeral Home.
