Lowe Ashton passed away from complications of Alzheimer's early Thursday morning, March 25, 2010 at his home with his love of 60 years, his wife June, by his side.Lowe was born on Feb. 28, 1930 in Vernal, UT to Leslie Lowe Ashton and Alyce Hansen Ashton. He was one of three children: brother Homer (deceased) and sister Merry.
Lowe was a prominent Heber Valley businessman and past president of WPMA, among many other organizations both civic and professional. Lowe enjoyed spending time with his many friends and family; his wife, June, daughter Suzan Ashton Holdaway (Ned), son Kurt Ashton (deceased), Clark Ashton (Christy), four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Please join the family in a celebration of Lowe's life on Monday, March 29th, at 11:00 a.m. at Soldier Hollow Restaurant and Reception Center, Wasatch County, 1370 West Soldier Hollow Lane, Midway, Utah Directions can be found at: http://soldierhollow.com/map.php In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the Alzheimer's Association in Lowe's name.
