Brantley, 81, will be held Wednesday
at 2 p.m. in New Bethel Baptist
Church with burial in the
church cemetery.
A lifelong resident of Laurens
County, Mr. Brantley was the son
of the late Mark Brantley and the
late Pearl Holloway Brantley. He
was a member of New Bethel Baptist
Church, was retired from Central
State Hospital and was a U.S.
Army veteran of Word War II. Mr.
Brantley died Monday.
The family will receive friends
at Townsend Brothers Funeral
Home tonight from 6-8 p.m.
