Daily Democrat, Clinton MO, Jan 15 2001 - Rosa Lee (Rosie) Harleman, daughter of Perry Lee Johnson and Elizabeth Ruth Hendricks Johnson, was born November 7, 1915, at home in Deepwater, and died January 3, 2001, at her home in Clinton. She attended school at the Lima School. She was married to Antone Abraham in 1936 and they lived on a farm in henry County. He preceded her in death in 1959. She married Howard Harleman in 1965 and he preceded her in death in 1989. She worked for Clearfield Cheese Company in Clinton until she retired in 1962. She was also preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Howard, Jimmy and Bill. She is survived by one sister, Violet Davidson of Holden; two brothers, Scott Johnson of Clinton and Clyde Johnson of Buckner, as well as a niece, Wanda Stoneking of Chilhowee, and a number of other nieces, nephews, good friends and neighbors. Rosie loved to sew, garden, fish, crochet, embroidery, bowl, play cards and play marbles with her friends. She had been in poor health for the past year. Graveside services were held at the Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, on Friday, January 5. Burial was in the Englewood Cemetery, Clinton.
