Miami, FL - I just can't stomach the thought of 2 little girls, ages 4 and 8, being murdered right along with their mother and stuffed into a closet. But unfortunately, that actually DID happen. The bodies of Gladys Machado and her daughters, 4-year-old Daniela Padrino and 8-year-old Julia Padrino, were found by a neighbor who smelt something unidentifiable and entered their home. He was the one to discover their dead bodies piled into a closet together.
Gladys also had a son, who was with his grandmother at the time.
The cause of death has not been released yet, and no suspects have been named. Police said they are looking for a particular person in connection to the deaths, but have not released the person's name or a description of them. Police have stated that the bodies been sent to ME's office to determine the cause of death, but that they were obviously dealing with a homicide investigation.
Gladys's ex Michael Padrino, the father of her 3 children, was seen at the house after the news broke – with his face in his hands in grief and visibly upset.
