Joel King of Homer aged 73 years, an inmate of the county farm died Tuesday from dropsy. The deceased had been ill for about three months.

Joel King, an inmate of the county home, died Tuesday of heart disease, aged seventy-three years. His brother, George King of Homer, came here and took the remains to that place for interment today.

The information on death record is incorrect concerning mother. Hannah Bell was his wife and Elizabeth Faulk was his mother. He also went by Joseph, so Joel might be a nickname. He was born in Lehigh, PA
