Pauline "Penny" Williams, 76, of Clifford Township, PA., died Friday morning, November 16, 2012 upon arrival at Mid Valley Hospital, Peckville, PA., after being stricken ill at home. Born October 7, 1936 in Forest City, PA., she was the daughter of the late Wasyl and Mary Milnuchuk Evanishyn. Prior to her retirement, she and her husband operated a dairy farm in Clifford Township for many years. She had been a member of the Bethel Congregation at Welsh Hill Church and enjoyed gardening, bird watching and spending time in the outdoors enjoying nature. She was preceded in death by one son: Gary Williams; two brothers: Walter and Michael Evanishyn; four sister: Mary Steponaitis, Anna Wolfe, Elizabeth Scott and Stella Kloptosky. The funeral will be held Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 11:00 AM from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 18 Airport Road, Clifford, PA. Interment, Welsh Hill Cemetery, Clifford Township, PA. Friends may call Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 5-8 PM and Wednesday, November 21, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
