She sold her house at 363 Alta Street in Grass Valley in Nevada County, California and moved to Cambridge, Nebraska to live with her sister, Mrs. Samuel T. Cast (Laura). The Morning Union, a newspaper of Grass Valley, Nevada Co., California, reported on June 19, 1909 page 2 that she was moving to Cambridge, Nebraska.
