Silas A. Rice (19 Sep 1873 - 23 Dec 1944) was the son of William Johnson and Caroline (Hartman) Rice. He married Annie Elizabeth McWilliams and they had two children, Robert McWilliams Rice and Helen C. Rice. Silas, Annie and children lived in Port Royal [PA] where Silas operated a grocery store.
