Update Jan 2018: A question arose as to the year of birth 1875 or 1876.
It is the excellent skinny book, The Cilley Genealogy, by JP Cilley, which I have used as the correct source for this child's date of birth. I rechecked today page 37 where full names and full dates of birth are given for many. 1875 is printed there. Zooming in closely on the carving, as shown in the tombstone picture also suggests 1875. Findagraver, G M Bedinger (#48330950) has proposed that the child was born one year later, in 1876 rather than 1875. No source was provided as yet for this alteration, but I will add this year as an alternative year of birth, for the child that died so very young at age 1 or 2.
