Bobby Gene Edmonds, age 74 of Gainesville, passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at NortheastGeorgia MedicalCenter following an extended illness.
Mr. Edmonds was born April 7, 1938 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late William Edward Edmonds and Lucille Crow Edmonds. He was retired from Ford Motor Company and was of the Baptist Faith.
Mr. Edmonds is survived by his wife of 54 years, Melvaree Wilson Edmonds of Gainesville, daughter & son-in-law, Bobbie Gail & Wayne Byers of Gainesville, son, Jeff Edmonds of Gainesville, granddaughters, Hanna Reynolds, Chelsea Edmonds and Tara Edmonds, grandson, Will Edmonds, great-grandson, Gabriel Reynolds and sister, Betty Walker of Gainesville.
