At eight o’clock p.m. September fourteenth at the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. Ada D. Dorrance of south Mexico, Missouri, Miss Susan Stella Dorrance will be married to Cortez W Edmonston by Rev. Mr. Edmonston, father of the groom, assisted by Rev. H.E. Truex. The wedding will be a quiet home affair attended only by immediate friends and relatives. The bride and groom will leave on the night train for Moberly, where they will reside. Mr. Edmonston being proprietor of the ice plant in that city. Miss Dorrance is one of Mexico’s most accomplished and popular girls, while Mr. Edmonston is a substantial, promising young business man.
