Earl Clark, son of Albert Clark and Frances Anderson Clark was born September 28, 1893 on a farm near Easton, and departed this life March 24, 1980 after a brief illness. He grew up in the Easton and Hempel communities and was united in marriage to Patty Boyer, January 6, 1915, who preceded him in death August 16, 1975. They farmed in the Easton community, later moving to form northwest of Clarksdale where they lived until moving into Clarksdale. To this union three children were born, Clarence of Clarksdale; Vernelle Tiller of Stewartsville; who survived him and Nadine Francis Tiller who preceded him in death October 17, 1974. He is further survived by son in laws, Murl Tiller and Carl Tiller, daughter-in-law, Fern Clark, six grandchildren, Larry, John and Linda Tiller, Nancy Tiller Walley, Gary and Robert Clark and five great-grandchildren, one half brother, Victor Carroll of Pontiac Michigan, and numerous nieces and nephews. Interment was at Freeman Chapel Cemetery.
