Sylvia Hubbard Manning Beard died Tuesday at her home.
She was a former music professor at Georgetown College in Scott County; past president of Woman's Club of Louisville; and a member of University of Louisville Woman's Club, Louisville Boat Club, Venice (Fla.) Yacht Club, Pendennis Club, Monday Afternoon Club, National Delta Omicron Music Fraternity, Marketeers Investment Club and Broadway Baptist Church.
Survivors: a sister, Floyce H. Belhobek, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
