ELDORADO -- Donald E. Arflack, 69, died at 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, in Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church in Eldorado with the Rev. Randy Plunckett officiating. Burial will be in Raleigh Masonic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church building fund.

Sloan Funeral Home in Galatia is in charge of arrangements.

ELDORADO -- Donald E. Arflack went to be with the lord 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado.

He was born in Eldorado to Lawrence and Sudie (Rogers) Arflack on Aug. 8, 1943. Donald was a self-employed carpenter and had worked at Babcock Wilcox in Mount Vernon, Ind., and served in the Army Reserves. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Eldorado where he was a Sunday School teacher and a Deacon. Donald is survived by a son, Brian Keith Arflack; a daughter, Lisa Dawn Crouch; grandchildren, Madison, Noelle and Jacob Arflack and Jaden and Haleigh Crouch; two brothers, Darrell and Dale Arflack; a sister, Bonnie Phillips; brother-in-law, Bill Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Hildo Taylor and Shirley Hobbs and infant brother, Raymond.

Funeral services were 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at the First Baptist Church of Eldorado with visitation 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Church. The Rev. Randy Plunckett officiated with burial in the Raleigh Masonic Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist church building fund. Sloan funeral Home of Galatia in charge of arrangements.
