The family of an Enfield boy killed in an October car wreck on Interstate 95 is hoping to make the death mean something.
Two-month-old Reginald Best was killed when a car in which he was riding Oct. 26 was struck by a commercial truck driven by William Castaneda, 58, of Elizabeth, N.J. The wreck involved four other vehicles, and was the third collision within a few moments that Friday morning following the impact of a car with a 500-pound black bear on northbound Interstate 95 around 12:45 a.m.
Best died the following Sunday.
