Mrs. Stella Miller, 68, Dies Tuesday
Mrs. Stella Rose Miller, 68, of Barnesboro, R.D. 1, died on Tuesday, March 7, at her home. She was born Aug. 12, 1892, in Hastings, a daughter of John and Catherine (Beck) Baker.
She is survived by her husband, Homer W., and these children: Mrs. Edith Miller of Cleveland, Ohio; Mrs. Elizabeth Woodley, McDonald, Ohio, and Shirley Ann Woodley, at home. Also surviving are eight grandchildren. She was a sister of Mrs. Alvin Thomas of Hastings.
Mrs. Miller was a member of St. Edward's Altar-Rosary Society. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p.m., today in Long Funeral Home, Barnesboro. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Friday in St. Edward's Church by Rev. Father Joseph Luddy. Interment will be made in St. Nicholas Cemetery in Nicktown.
