McCARTHY, Jean R. McCarthy. BAINBRIDGE, Ga.- Jean Ross
McCarthy, 86, of Bainbridge died Tuesday at her home.
Born Jan. 4, 1917, in Winfield, Tenn., she was the daughter
of the late William R. and Bessie Creekmore Ross. She was
a nursing assistant, homemaker and member of Winfield
Missionary Baptist Church. She was the widow of Walter
"Mac" McCarthy. Survivors include a daughter,
a brother, a sister,
three grandchildren; and five
great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m.
Friday at Oak City Cemetery by the Rev. Leroy C. Spinks.
