Henry J. Steele

Henry J. Steele, 80, retired Davidson county farmer, died at the home of his son, J. B. Steele, Spring Valley road, Donelson, yesterday aster an illness of six weeks.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the Donelson church of Christ, of which r. Steele was a member. Athens Clay Pullias and J. Roy Vaughan will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Olivet cemetery. Mr. Steele spent all his life in Davidson county.
Besides J. B. Steele, he is survived by two other sons, A. L. Steele, Nashville, and Capt. L. D. Steele of Seattle, Wash. and two grandsons.

STEELE, Wednesday, Oct. 24, 1951died at the home of his son, J. B. Steele, Spring Valley road, Donelson, Henry J. Steele, age 80 years. Survived by three sons, A. L. Steele, of Nashville, Tenn., J. B. Steele of Donelson and Capt. L. D. Steele of Seattle, Washington; two grandsons, Samuel E. and Michael Henry Steele. The remains are at the funeral parlor of McMillan and Hibbitt. Funeral services from the Donelson Church of Christ Friday, Oct. 26 1951 at 10 a.m. conducted by Athens Clay Pullias and J. Roy Vaughan. His nephews will serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers, Elders and deacons of the Donelson Church of Christ and W. A. Strasser, Ed Strasser, Leopold Strasser and James Gleaves. Seattle Washington papers please copy.
