Born September 29, 1908, Apeldoorn, Netherlands, to Antonie and Lamberta Groneveld van Uitert. Married Norma Ruth Kirchoff June 7, 1933, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; she preceded him in death September 23, 1985. He married Erma Anderson August 24, 1986, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.He is survived by his wife, Erma; sons,
Raymond, Woods Cross; Paul, Salt Lake City; daughters, Mrs. Boyce (LaRayne) Dimick, Mrs. George (Lucy) Peart, both Salt Lake City; stepson, Robert Elcock, Santa Clara, Calif; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Ed (Beth) Stanger, Burley, Idaho; brothers, Bert, Bountiful; Grant, Morristown, New Jersey.
