KISER, Mrs. Edith G. - Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Bartlett-Burdett-Cox Funeral Home with the Rev. Gerald D. Ray officiating. Burial will be in Skeen and Hammonds Cemetery, Kentuck. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Kiser, 91, of Charleston, died Saturday in Heartland Nursing Home after a long illness. Surviving: daughter, Mrs. Marie Crawford of Charleston; sons, Earl of St. Albans, Carl of Daytona, Fla. and Bill of Waverly, Ohio; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
