A life long resident of Carbon County, she is a graduate from Carbon High School. She married Leon M. Moynier, Sr. October 25, 1941 in Ely, Nevada. He died April 13, 1971. She helped support her husband in the sheep ranching business. A member of the LDS Church, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the Carbon County Nursing Home. She also held membership and offices in the Price Ladies of Elks, Price Sorrocis, Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and Beta Sigma Phi.
Surviving family members include her daughter, Lea Maureen (Joe) Levisky and son, Leon M. (Dee) Moynier Jr.; five grandchildren, Joseph and Ann Marie Levisky, Leon, Cory and Cody Moynier; and five great grand children.
