Orville served in the military and later in the Civil Service. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Irene Freda Ostendorf. He is survived by 3 children, Willie (Barb) Bullard, Jess (Kim) Bullard, and Gail Downs, all of Tacoma, his brother Burt (Carol) Bullard of Gig Harbor, and many grandchildren. Orville loved hunting and fishing and cherished time with friends and family. We will miss him dearly and hold his memories forever in our hearts. The family offers a special thank you to Willie Bullard, his oldest son, who lovingly devoted the last nine months to overseeing Orville's care and well-being.
