"Abraham B. Van Kirk, 45, died early Tuesday morning at his home near Berlin Center. He had been ill with a heart condition for some time. A native of Enon Valley, Pa., he was employed as a presser by Gem Clay Forming, Inc., in Sebring. He was a member of Mr. Moriah Lutheran church and the Brotherhood of Operative Potters. Surviving are his wife, Rose, of the home; two sons, John of the home and Richard of Newton Falls; two daughters, Joanne and Barbara both of the home; his mother, Mrs. Gertrude Albright of Sebring; a brother, William of Salem; five sisters, Mrs. Grace Bartram and Mrs. Florence Albright, both of Sebring, Mrs. Essie Mankins of Alliance, Mrs. Dora Albright of North Jackson and Mrs. Ruth Albright of Connaughton; and one grandchild. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at Mt. Moriah church and burial made in the church cemetery."
