VERNON — Idella Conner, 80, of Vernon died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Second Baptist Church with the Rev. Matt Prescott officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in Shamrock Cemetery in Shamrock. Arrangements are by Sullivan Funeral Home of Vernon.
Mrs. Conner was born Aug. 7, 1932, in Johnston County, Okla., to Virgil Hinchey and Velma Standifer Hinchey. She married Donald Conner on Dec. 23, 1950, in Wheeler County.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Larry Conner of Canyon; a daughter, Donna Souza of Vernon; a sister, Virginia Seymour of Arapaho, Okla.; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to a favority charity.
