KAYSVILLE - Clara L. Van Hoff, age 82, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012. Clara was born October 7, 1930 in Salt Lake City, UT. Daughter of Clift and Myrtle Cracroft. She met William Van Hoff on a blind date at age 17 and married him three months later on August 17, 1948 in Salt Lake City and their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a loving mother of eight, grandmother of 25 and great-grandmother of 34.

She worked for various nursing facilities and was the first woman school bus driver for Davis School District. Clara and Bill served a mission at the Kaysville Bishop's Storehouse.

She is survived by her children Bob (Janet), John (Jana), Bonnie (Kevin), JoAnn (Frank), Robin, Jeanette, and David. Her husband of 65 years Bill and her daughter Vickie precedes her in returning home to her Father in Heaven.

Funeral services will be held Friday November 9, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kaysville Rock Chapel, 25 So. 200 E., Kaysville. Friends may visit family Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 N. Main St. and Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.

Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
