Carthage - Frederick L. Abrams, 81, Natural Bridge, died Sunday in Carthage Area Hospital, where he had been a patient one day. He had been ill five years.
His widow, Mrs. Iona Y. Abrams, survives. A son, John died in 1969.
Born in Racine, Wis., Aug 31, 1891, he married Iona Yousey on June 9, 1930, at Carthage. Mr. Abrams was employed for years on local construction projects.
