She was born in St-Philippe-de-Laprairie (south shore of Montreal), the daughter of Joseph Moquin and Zoe (Lemieux) Moquin. She was married c. 1880 in Manchester to Francois Ritchotte.

OBIT:
The death of Mrs. Marie Louise Ritchotte Thibault occured this morning at 2 o'clock at the home of her daughter Mrs. John B. Fleury, 20 Franklin street, at the age of 68 years.
Mrs. Thibault was a native of Canada, but has been a resident of Claremont for about 50 years. For the past four years she had lived in Derry, returning here about three weeks ago.
She was widely known during her residence here and will be mourned by a wide circle of friends.
Besides her husband, Paul Thibault of Derry, she is survived by four sons: Alex. Ritchotte of Detroit Mich., Henry Ritchotte of Philadelphia, Ernest and Alfred Ritchotte of Worcester, Mass.; by four daughters, (Exilia) Mrs. John B. Fleury of Claremont, Mrs. Victorine (Mrs. Mathias St.Laurent), (Rosanne Margaret) Mrs. Carol Morse, and (Eva Helen) Mrs. Ernest Pellerin of Worcester, Mass.; and by three brothers, Joseph Moquin and Medore Moquin of Manchester and Delor Moquin of Derry. Twenty-two grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive, together with several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services held Saturday morning at 9 o'clock at St.Mary's church with interment at St.Mary's cemetery at West Claremont. The body will be at the home of her daughter on Franklin street prior to the hour of service.

FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. MARIE THIBAULT

Largely attentended funeral services were held this morning at 9 o'clock from St. Mary's church for Mrs. Marie L. Ritchotte Thibault. Rev. Arthur Dufour was the celebrant of the solemn requiem high mass, being assisted by Rev. Edouard Lessard as deacon and by Rev. Francis Crowley officiated for the committal service which was made in the family lot in St. Mary's cemetery at West Clameront.
There was a profusion of floral tributes as evidence of the high regards which Mrs. Thibault was held by her many friends and acquaintances.
Bearers were Calixte St. Martin, Henry Page, Arthur Lavaude, John Denis, Edward Bergeron and Cleophas Perron. Out of town present for the services were : Alex Ritchotte of Detroit, Mich.; Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Pellerin and family, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Ritchotte, Mr. and Mrs. Carol Morse, Mrs. Victorine St. Laurent, Ernest Ritchotte and Joseph Dupuis of Worcester, Mass.; Mr. and Mrs. Zephirin Moquin, Miss Elise Moquin, Medard Moquin and Delor Laporte of Manchester ; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Thibault and George Thibault of Keene; Mr. and Mrs. Clayton and son of Saco, Me.; Miss Clara Bilodeau of Sherbrooke, Canada; Miss Regina Betourney of Winchendon, Mass.; Paul Thibault of Derry; and Henry Ritchotte of Philadelphia, Pa.
